One half term, no real progress

Okay I'm back from Euro Gamer Leeds and All I can on it is. Wow what a spectacle. I say that is all I can say on it but in fact its all I want to say right now. I've managed to pull a muscle in my back and as I sit here typing away its attempting to stop me breathing. So thats "FUN!" (please note, measurements of fun might differ from reader to reader)

Halloween came and went like a mysteries internet video. Everyone was talking about it, but when you finally get to see it your internet closes down and theirs a power cut. Or to put it in a less confusing way, Nothing happened for me at Halloween. Nothing!

No trick or treaters, no visitors, no frights, no scares! Not even the annual attempt by the daemons/elder gods who live under my house took place. Which was rather disappointing. We didn't even watch a scary film, we watched Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy!

So without the usual distractions of creatures with more eyes then they have teeth Halloween passed with a whisper and we where none the wiser.

But enough about my hell dwelling squatters and their attempts to kill all life as we know it! On to more important matters, like University work...

I have been somewhat distracted this half term and I will be the first to admit that it isn't really good enough. Especially when we have so little time left and so much work to do. A distinct lack of speech work or research (a result of a points failure in Leeds trapping me for a few days longer then I would have liked) and only a few moments more on the animation. (although they are some very good few seconds if I do say so myself)

I have yet to start the 750 words, and didn't even consider the mood boards.

This leaves me with one or two days to do a number of tasks.

To put it likely I'm rather screwed.

But, meh, shit happens. It my back has not healed by tomorrow then it is possible the I might not be able to make it in. I hope I will be able but as it is I'm struggling to lie down without pain and spasms racking my body.

So all in all what have we learned today children? That I'm injured, I've done fuck all work, and Halloween barely registered as a blip on the scale of "stuff that has happened"
